Shrimp Scampi with Jasmine Rice
Vickie came over for dinner tonight, and I made her Shrimp that was baked in butter, shallots, garlic, mustard, lime juice, cilantro and paprika and served over jasmine rice and baby bok choy. Also baked a Death by choclate Cake for dessert and served it with vanilla ice cream.
