One of the many things I remembered of my childhood is that birthday noodle soup that 'Moon-je' made for me. It had a prawn-based broth, with fresh egg noodles, fresh spinach, lots of shrimp a poached egg, and some Dodo fish ball in it. Had some on my birthday. This is for you June, Isabella, and all my Gemini friends.
