Ground Turkey in Sweet and Spicy Sambal Sauce

Made this variation of an earlier recipe here over the weekend, and it turned out beautifully sweet and spicy. The aroma of the lemongrass and freshly torned kaffir lime leaves seemed to shine through brightly with with the sweetness of the kicap manis and the spiciness of the rempah of garlic, ginger, shallots, onions, bird-eye chilies and dried chilies.
