I found some delicious looking fresh peaches from Palisade, Coloardo at the farmer's market, and bought a case. Wanna guess what I'm making with these beauties?

Made Peach pie with quick cooking tapioca before, so I thought I'd do a peach tart this time with a new recipe. I think peach pie and peach tart are interchangable though. :)
