Had bought some fresh tuna from Wholefoods, and since H enjoyed the pan-seared ahi tuna at P.F. Changs, I tried to imitate that recipe by marinating for 30-mins in 5-spice powder, soy, a little cayenne pepper, and sesame seeds. Served with scallop fried rice, wasabi-lime-chili-soy, and ajad. It was tastier, and H enjoyed it.

Pan-seared Ahi Tuna with Sesame Seeds
Had bought some fresh tuna from Wholefoods, and since H enjoyed the pan-seared ahi tuna at P.F. Changs, I tried to imitate that recipe by marinating for 30-mins in 5-spice powder, soy, a little cayenne pepper, and sesame seeds. Served with scallop fried rice, wasabi-lime-chili-soy, and ajad.
