New York Steak to Asian Steak Wrap

Had friends visiting from Ireland and it was so much fun to see them again. We had shrimp cocktail, chips and dip (kids' fav), some New York steaks on the grill, brats, and a few sides. Their three beautiful children were so well behaved, and everyone had a lovely time. For dessert, I made some homemade chocolate ice cream and served it with bing cherries and strawberries, and the kids LOVED IT! As usual, we cooked extra steaks, so for lunch today, I made a simple steak wrap with shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded cheddar with a spicy peanut sauce.1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 grilled new york steak cut into strips
1/8 cup shredded carrots,
1/8 cup shredded cabbage,
1/8 cup toasted and chopped cashews
1 cup snow pea pods
1/3 cup spicy peanut sauce or your favorite asian salad dressing
4 9" Burrito Size Sun-dried tomatoe flavored Tortillas
4 red leaf lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1/4 cup sliced red onions

Spread spicy peanut sauce on 4 tortillas and divide the ingredients among them.

Hi healy,
Thanks, however I am too young to be your mom lah. The mar-tah (police) will come catch me, no? Of course I will cook for you, but I think your mom has much more experience than me, and is the better cook! I am jealous that you are Penang, and enjoying all that good food too.
